Davos Forum: China blockchain industry representatives draw attention
The Davos Forum 2017 that has come to end has for the first time witnessed the attendance of the state head of China as President Xi jinping has given an important keynote speech on boosting the confidence for the growth of the world economy. The forum has also seen the dynamics of China’s delegation from Blockchain industry, which has attracted the attention of the world.
Global Blockchain Business Council (GBCC) initiated by representatives from various countries including from China is just an epitome of the proactive efforts from China’s Blockchain industry.
Dr. Wang Wei, the core member of China Blockchain Delegation in Davos and the initiator of GBBC has been awarded “GBBC Pioneer” prize for his outstanding contribution to the founding GBBC. He said :“My thanks go to the forum for its concern and recognition of China’s Blockchain industry. China wishes to a part of standard-setting process for the global Blockchain industry. We will take actions to respond what President Xi Jinping has called for in building a secure and trustful global economic system, which will be the special contribution from China’s Blockchain industry.”
On 18th January, Dr. Wang participated the sub-forum themed“Blockchain with Value Internet” held by American Merge and Acquisition Association which has attracted many political and corporate leaders including Carlos Creus Moreira，founder of WISeKey;Primavera De Filippi,legal researcher of Havard CNRS.
Dr. Wang Wei and Mr.Deng Di for Tai Cloud accept interviews of CCTV and Xinhuanet and other Chinese mainstream media. Mr.Deng Di introduced the development progress of Chinese blockchain industry.
